Shipping Policy

At Pinnacle Allergy, we strive to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of your at-home allergy test kit. Below are the details of our shipping process:  

Order Processing & Shipping Time
- Upon purchase, your at-home allergy test kit will be shipped directly from US BioTek.  
- Your kit will be delivered within 4-5 business days after shipment.  
- A USPS tracking number will be provided once it is received from US BioTek, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress.  

Returning Your Specimen  
- Your kit will include a prepaid FedEx shipping label and PAK for returning your specimen to US BioTek.  
- Simply follow the included instructions to package your sample securely and send it back using the provided FedEx materials.  

Processing & Results 
- Once US BioTek receives your specimen, your allergy test results will be available within 10 business days.  
- You will be notified as soon as your report is ready.
